Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Student Support Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level position for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and building meaningful relationships with students and families. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for students and prospective students, providing exceptional customer service and support. Outbound and inbound phone calls to assist students with enrollment, scheduling, documentation, and general inquiries. Respond to emails and other communications in a timely and professional manner. Assist students with problem-solving and guide them through school processes and procedures. Maintain accurate student records and ensure all documentation is compliant. Prepare, process, and manage contracts, enrollment paperwork, and other administrative documents. Print, file, and distribute required student and school documents. Assist instructors with preparing and maintaining class rosters. Communicate regulatory requirements, school policies, and procedures clearly and accurately. Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks as needed. Maintain strict confidentiality of student information and school records.
Qualifications Required:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Comfortable using technology, including email, document management systems, and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred Previous customer service, administrative, education, or student support experience. Experience working in a school, training, or educational environment.
