In this pivotal leadership role, you will support the School Director in overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education. Responsibilities Assist the School Director in managing school operations, including curriculum development and implementation Support strategic planning efforts to improve academic programs and student outcomes Lead and supervise teaching staff, ensuring effective classroom management and instructional quality Contribute to budgeting processes, resource allocation, and fundraising initiatives to sustain school growth Oversee student activities, working closely with educators to promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment Represent the school at community events, public speaking engagements, and parent meetings Collaborate with leadership teams to develop policies, evaluate programs, and ensure compliance with educational standards Requirements Proven experience in education administration or school management with a focus on leadership roles. Beauty school is a plus.
