Overview Join a vibrant Catholic educational community as the Principal, where your leadership will inspire academic excellence, spiritual growth, and community engagement. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of school operations, foster a positive and inclusive environment, and uphold the values of faith-based education. Your energetic and strategic approach will empower staff and students alike to thrive academically, morally, and socially. Duties Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum aligned with Catholic teachings and educational standards. Foster a nurturing environment that promotes spiritual growth, moral development, and respect among students, staff, and families. Oversee daily school operations, including administration, staff management, student discipline, and safety protocols. Collaborate with teachers to enhance classroom instruction through professional development and innovative teaching strategies. Engage with parents, parish leaders, and community stakeholders to build strong partnerships that support the school's mission. Manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and resource allocation for school programs. Promote strategic planning efforts to set long-term goals for academic achievement, faith formation, and community outreach. Requirements Proven experience in education administration with a strong background in classroom teaching and supervision. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing staff, fostering teamwork, and guiding organizational change. Expertise in curriculum development tailored to diverse student needs within a faith-based setting. Experience in fundraising activities and budget management to support school initiatives. Excellent public speaking skills to communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and community members. Strong understanding of Catholic teachings, values, and the importance of faith integration within education. Ability to develop strategic plans that align with the school's mission while adapting to evolving educational landscapes.
