Requirements Proven experience in education administration with a strong background in classroom teaching and supervision. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing staff, fostering teamwork, and guiding organizational change. Expertise in curriculum development tailored to diverse student needs within a faith-based setting. Experience in fundraising activities and budget management to support school initiatives. Excellent public speaking skills to communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and community members.
