To help lead the orderly operation of the school by providing managerial assistance and support to administration and teachers by responding reasonably to student school-related behaviors while maximizing student learning opportunities.Performance Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a safe, effective learning climate in the school by applying the school discipline system. Establish an effective culture and climate by engaging in social-emotional learning programming (PBIS, Olweus, etc.) Monitor the surveillance camera system and be responsible for its proper function and operation. Process and document bus referrals in Infinite Campus, and provide consequences for minor infractions. Process and document behavior referrals in Infinite Campus, and provide consequences for minor infractions. Manage supervision responsibilities, and engage staff to ensure proper supervision. Monitor hallways and campus regularly to ensure the safety of all students. Meet weekly (at minimum) with the administration to ensure needs are being met and to discuss data collected. Assist in setting up and supervising before and after school, including any activities. Monitor student attendance and coordinate efforts for its consistent improvement. Assist in developing and monitoring emergency and disaster prevention, response, and post-response procedures. Supervise, support, and coordinate the maintenance of the physical facilities. Other duties as assigned.Terms of Employment:
