Job Description

Manson Northwest Webster CSD is seeking a collaborative and student-centered Shared Director of Special Education to lead and support high-quality special education services across participating districts. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, overseeing IEP systems and service delivery, supporting staff development, and promoting equitable outcomes for all students. The position works closely with administrators, teachers, families, and the AEA to strengthen programs and build capacity across districts.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in special education or educational leadership Iowa administrative license and special education endorsement required Experience in special education leadership preferred

250 days
