What You'll Do As Principal, you will serve as both the instructional and operational leader of John Hersey High School, with a primary focus on teaching and learning. Lead a

Evaluate, coach, and grow staff while building a strong, collaborative leadership team

Successful administrative experience required. Candidates with previous building principal experience preferred. Doctorate preferred.
Salary and Benefits Salary Range:
$180,585 – $238,372 (Administrative Salary Grade Three) 1% longevity bonus at the top of the salary range 20 vacation days annually Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance TRS (Teachers' Retirement System) participation Optional 403(b) and 457(b) plans 14 sick days and 4 personal days each year Paid bereavement leave Employee Assistance Program Tuition reimbursement and leadership development opportunities $2,000 doctoral completion bonus Cell phone stipend for on-call responsibilities
