Stevenson High School Location Lincolnshire, IL, US Salary Competitive categoriesView less categories categoriesView less categories Job Details Adlai E Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a full-time 10 month Director's Assistant for the Fine Arts Division for the 2026-2027 school year. The Director's Assistant for the Fine Arts Division must organized and dependable to support the daily operations of the Division. This role assists the Director of Fine Arts, supports faculty, and helps coordinate events, communications, and division operations.

7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to the Director of Fine Arts Prepares written communication on behalf of the director Assists in the management and operation of the assessment process Coordinates the director's calendar, meetings, and division communications Maintains records, documents, and reports Coordinates budget tracking for the Fine Arts curricular and co-curricular programs Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Helps coordinate Fine Arts performances, meetings, and special events Assists with scheduling facilities, security, and event logistics Support teachers with administrative needs Assists with other division projects Orders and manages supplies Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive atmosphere in the office
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or College Degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Detailed-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks Strong time-management and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with staff, student, parents, and the community Knowledge of office technology and procedures Experience with the Google suite
Salary:
SSSA Agreement (all support staff positions at Stevenson High School shall be paid no less than $17.75/hour). The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the , the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
