Description:
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening Ability to interpret data; develop and implement improvement plan; and monitor and adjust plan to increase student learning/achievement Knowledge and experienced with Danielson Framework for Teaching Knowledge and skills improving instructional skills of staff Knowledge of special education services and the RTI process Experience with a diverse student population Ability to work with a wide variety of certified and support staff in a high school setting Leadership skills and ability to organize and departmentalize initiatives
Crisis Management Experience Required Qualifications:
State of Illinois Professional Educator License registered in Will County General Administrative or Principal endorsement Minimum of 5 years of previous administrative or teaching experience at the secondary level is preferred Familiarity with the Danielson Framework for evaluation and certified as an evaluator using the state approved modules
