Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Elementary School Principal to lead our vibrant educational community. Duties Provide strong leadership in curriculum development to ensure engaging, comprehensive, and standards-aligned instruction across all grade levels. Oversee daily school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with educational policies and regulations. Lead strategic planning initiatives to set long-term goals for academic achievement, staff development, and community engagement. Supervise and evaluate teachers and staff through mentoring, professional development programs, and performance reviews to foster continuous improvement. Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support school programs, extracurricular activities, and facility enhancements. Promote a positive school climate by encouraging collaboration among staff, students, families, and community partners. Serve as the primary public speaker for the school at events, meetings, and community outreach activities to strengthen relationships and advocate for student needs. Experience Proven experience in education administration with a strong background in classroom teaching and student engagement. Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles within an educational setting, including supervising teams of educators and staff. Extensive management experience involving budgeting, strategic planning, and resource management. Knowledge of curriculum development principles aligned with current educational standards. Experience in fundraising activities to support school initiatives or programs is highly desirable. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including parents, board members, and community stakeholders. Supervising experience that highlights your ability to lead teams toward shared goals while fostering professional growth.
