• Full-time Evardy Construction LLC, is seeking Commercial Construction Superintendents to join our team!

These candidates will oversee project planning, scheduling, job site supervision, and see project through completion.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project from start to finish Supervise, schedule, and coordinate onsite subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city officials, and clients In charge of safety, scheduling, daily reports, meetings, etc Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience as Commercial Project Superintendent Familiarity with computers, EXCEL, Word, Outlook, etc. for reporting and scheduling Must have good communication skills. Deadline and detail-oriented
