Job Description

Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school, will report to the school board. This person will serve as the administrative and spiritual leader of the school and must be willing to lead with a servant's heart and have a vision and passion for Christian education. Candidates should possess strong leadership and communication skills, be a born-again believer active in a local church, and be able to lead effectively in a team environment. Some of the responsibilities will include the supervision of all faculty and staff, conduct evaluations, promote good communication, hold regular faculty meetings, attend board meetings, order curriculum, and monitor student attendance. Qualified candidates will hold a minimum master's degree in education, preferably have five years of experience in education, and have previous experience in Christian ministry or education.
