Major duties include facilitating the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) process, engaging with students to collect missing documents, communicating with students and other stakeholders via a variety of channels, and scanning documents to OnBase. This position will monitor records processes including drop requests, no-show reporting, cancellations, and applying student waivers. This is not a remote position.
Job Duties:
Facilitate daily Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) process by checking incoming appeals for required documentation, assigning, and clearing checklists, engaging with students regarding SAP appeal or other issues, notifying students of appeal results, and sharing information with Success Coaches regarding Academic Recovery Program for SAP students. Assist with Financial Aid by collecting and scanning student documents, alerting staff to any issues, generating and reviewing reports for a variety of processes. Provide specific documentation to the Director of Prison Education to assist students in completing the FAFSA process. -Assist with scanning and indexing financial aid and records documents into OnBase. -Quality check previously scanned documents. Process all online and paper drop requests. Process removal of cancelled students for non-payment. Oversee the No-show reporting processes. Process removal of students for no-show. Apply student and employee KRS waivers. Assist with other records related duties including enrollments, overrides, and records change requests. Other duties as assigned. Remote benefits may be available on a limited basis if eligible. This position requires in-person, on campus presence. This role is performed in a professional office environment and requires prolonged sitting, frequent use of a computer and telephone, and the ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with keyboard use. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of up to 10 pounds may be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate Degree (Office systems, business, office technology) 3 Years of experience
