Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Camp Director, the Camp Administrator will represent the Old Colony Y in a positive manner, resulting in friendly, convenient and courteous service resulting in excellence in service for all members, clients, volunteers, and fellow employees. The Camp Administrator is responsible for the administrative work of the camp.
JOB FUNCTION 1.
Program/Department Responsibilities Organize camp registrations & rosters for Extended Care & Day Camp programs. Maintain files, camper emergency phone numbers, camp records and registrations Responsible for typing, mailing and phone calling as needed. Coordinate camp messages and phone calls. Coordinate bus routes and bus lists Camp marketing as needed. 2. Supervision of Personnel None 3. Fiscal Responsibility Maintain payment records on all campers. Distribute payment due notices prior to the start of camp. Bill delinquent accounts 4. Facility/Housekeeping Responsibility Responsible for a neat, clean and organized desk area Flexible work schedule. 5. Interdivisional/Community/Volunteer Responsibility Prepare weekly statistical reports. Provide friendly, courteous service to all members, clients and volunteers of the

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Minimum 18 years of age High School graduate Working knowledge of
Windows and Office Suite Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must be able to stand a majority of the work day. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, stoop etc during the work day.
