QUALIFICATIONS
The individual assuming this position must possess the following skills: communicate effectively with staff, students and parents; proficiency in typing, organization and other secretarial skills; knowledge of computer operation; ability to initiate and carry out functions on a daily basis; have previous secretarial experience or be a graduate of a recognized secretarial program; respect the confidentiality of parents, staff and students.
REPORTS TO
Director of Student Services
PERFORMANCE DUTIES
Provides secretarial services for the Director of Student Services including telephone messages and appointments. Arranges transportation and sends data to Accept Collaborative and other transportation companies. Prepares all department purchase orders. Maintain and manage student service budget. Maintains student service inventories. Keeps track of out of district tuition and special education transportation. Co-responsibility for research and data collection for end of year report. Develop and maintain special education and 504 records and files as well as all other department records Helps with Coordinating EL translation of documents. Responsible for collecting and filing Medicaid information. Perform other duties as the school administration and school counseling, nursing and math/reading intervention staff assign. Work with the Director of Student Services and Director of Finance and Operations to maintain records for circuit breaker. Other duties as directed by the Director of Student Services.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Regular Full Year/12 month position: 37.5 hours per week for the period of two weeks before Labor Day week through June 30, exclusive of the three vacation weeks (December, February and April) and 25 hours per week from July 1 to two weeks before Labor Day. Additional work time may be requested at the discretion of the administrator for additional compensation.

$55,234•$118,363 (Doctorate to $125,567)
Unit B:
$20.25/hr to $32.61/hr
Custodians:
$46,780•$59,130
Food Service:
$16.23/hr•$20.17/hr
Admin Assistants:
$20.78/hr•$29.77/hr Pay rate commensurate with experience and years of relevant service
