Harvard Univ Health Services Smith Campus Center 75 Mt Auburn St Cambridge, MA 02138-Onsite Pay rate range: $24.00-35.00/hour on
W2 NOTES
Urgent need. See very specific shift schedule for a total of 17.5 hours per week. Coverage for leave could alter length of assignment. See the Additional Job Details.
Weekly Hours:
Mondays 3-8 pm (5 hrs) Fridays 2:30-8 pm (5.5 hrs) Saturdays 9-4 (7 hrs)
Description :
Receives faculty, students, staff, and the public, securing names and wants, and directs accordingly. Answers incoming calls and directs them to proper person. May maintain one or more appointment calendars. May perform typing duties. May process incoming and outgoing mail. Performs related job duties as required.
