Immediately Job Description Assistant to the Athletic Director
REPORTS TO
Director of Physical Education/Health (K-12) and Athletics
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruits, coordinates, and supervises all workers required to operate all paid attendance home athletic contests. Supervises all ticket sales associated with athletic events. Serves as on site manager for all paid attendance home athletic contests. Site manager as needed as directed by MIAA for a variety of events. Responsible for obtaining all necessary data from interscholastic game officials at all paid attendance home athletic contests, recording and submitting to Director of Physical Education/Health (K-12) and Athletics for payment. Assists coaches in equipment distribution and return. Administrative duty assignment during the school week will be from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M., at the discretion of the Director of Physical Education/Health (K-12) and Athletics. Administrative periods assigned to Athletic Office. Assists coaches in inventory of uniforms and equipment. Responsible for all billing associated with lost and stolen athletic equipment. Responsible for cleaning and repair arrangements of all equipment. Responsible for inventory control. Assumes authority in the absence of the Director of Physical Education/Health (K-12) and Athletics according to areas of responsibility. Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as may from time to time be assigned by the Director of Physical Education/Health (K-12) and Athletics. After School 10-18 hour per week
EVALUATION
Performance will be evaluated by the Director of Physical Education/Health (K-12) and Athletics.
