The Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program and assisting in providing a great out-of-school time environment for students. Essential Functions for the

After School Assistant:

Ensure the safety of students by keeping the program safe and engaging Ensure that all students are properly supervised and provided with appropriate care and attention Ensure that all required paperwork is completed and recorded in students' individual files Provide a positive, supportive environment for students by being a role model and helping all participants develop self-confidence Communicate with parents on an ongoing basis to ensure appropriate paperwork, student information, and child concerns are addressed Other duties as assigned
