Do you enjoy working directly with families, supporting daily center operations and collaborating with the team? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Birmingham Kumon Center as the Chief Assistant! Duties Support the daily operations of the center under the guidance of the Instructor Conduct parent orientation and assessment meetings, including follow-up communication and ongoing family support. Assist with lesson planning and managing enrollment growth within assigned subject and enrollment targets. Support instructional quality by monitoring classes, assisting with device checks, and ensuring students and families understand the Kumon Connect app. Communicate effectively with families and instructors to address questions, concerns, and operational needs. Support center scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks. Qualifications Proficient in Math up to High School level and have strong English (reading) skills. Experience working with students, families, or educational services; prior Kumon experience preferred. Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service experience. Experience with planning, project coordination, data entry, filing systems, and office procedures is highly desirable. Ability to follow direction, execute plans, and collaborate closely with leadership.

From $17.00 per hour
