Michigan , Monroe Job Description Heavy Civil Superintendent / Foreman (Toledo Area | Local Work) A well-established commercial contractor in the Toledo market is looking to add a Heavy Civil Superintendent or Foreman to lead their self-perform civil crew (~5 people). This company has been in business for ~30 years and does approximately $60M annually, with a strong backlog and repeat clients. They perform diverse commercial work with a strong focus on restaurant and retail projects, handling much of their site work and civil scopes in-house.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a self-perform civil/site crew (approx. 5) Oversee site work, grading, utilities, and concrete scopes Coordinate daily operations to keep projects on schedule and efficient

Project Experience:

Commercial projects ranging from $800K - $10M Heavy focus on restaurant ground-ups and site packages Mix of site development, utilities, and flatwork

Qualifications:

Heavy Civil Superintendent or strong Foreman ready to step up Experience leading crews in site work, utilities, grading, or concrete Comfortable in a hands-on, self-perform environment Strong leadership and ability to take ownership of work
