QUALIFICATIONS

Michigan Administrative Certification Five years of secondary teaching and/or administrative experience preferred Strong background in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support Familiarity with the Danielson Framework for Teaching Knowledge of instructional design and the Michigan state standards Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment, culture, and climate Supervise students during the school day and at school activities/events in the evening as needed Oversee systems and collaborate with staff to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students Serve as an instructional leader in collaboration with the principal Assist in the development and implementation of staff professional development Participate in the annual reviews of IEP's and behavior plans Serve on building leadership teams Assist in the implementation of school initiatives Assist with the annual evaluation of teachers and staff Other duties as assigned

SALARY :

$93,408 - $100,909 210 scheduled workdays annually Annual annuity of 2.5% available for an "effective" evaluation Additional $3,882 offered annually for a Doctorate Degree $600 annual mileage stipend Comprehensive retirement and health benefits packages (or $5,000 cash in lieu of health insurance) Annual paid time off, as follows: 5 Personal Days 12 Sick Days 11 Paid Holidays Longevity pay, once eligible Early Notification and Early retirement incentives, if qualified Sick day payout available up to $15,000 upon retirement, if qualified
