Job Description
- To be present, ready to work and on time for all scheduled hours.
- Supervise and engage students while at school with direction from the Principal.
- Assist Elementary school teachers with their work with students.
- Work with students independently or in a small group as needed.
- Provide social-emotional breaks for students as needed.
- Supervise students during online special education services.
- Provide an example of a disciple of Christ and a willingness to share and witness the Catholic faith with students, staff, and community.
- Communicate and collaborate with teachers and staff.
- Able to supervise students in various environments such as classroom, assemblies, fieldtrips, and recess.
- Recognizing when situations require more effort, putting in more time when needed, completing responsibilities in a timely manner, and ensuring that all care of children is done in a professional and responsible manner.
- Demonstrate effective and appropriate student-management skills.
- Supervise students at all times in cafeteria and other areas as needed.
- Participate in extra-curricular activities in school as appropriate - Marathon, Wines to Wishes and Spring Family Night.
- Attend all-school events to support families and students.
- Be an example of a JOY (Jesus - Others - You) filled person.
- Other duties as assigned
