Bachelor's degree Minimum of two years' experience working with students MN Administrative License (or in process of obtaining licensure) Strong communication skills Strong intercultural competence Ability to exercise skills in judgement and to effectively manage stressful situations Demonstrated potential for instructional leadership and ability to work with data Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively with all parents and community contacts.
Desired Qualifications:
MN Teaching License Experience in collaboration with peers Experience or background in elementary curriculum development, implementation and evaluation Experience or background in professional learning
Responsibilities:
