May 26, 2026 Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of Elementary School Principal. Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Elementary School Principal is responsible for providing educational leadership by implementing educational and district initiatives at the building level and for directing, supervising and overseeing all school improvement programs, building operations, personnel and instructional activities within their assigned building. The Elementary School Principal collaborates and works closely with other administrators, staff, students and the public in addressing and meeting the educational needs and goals of the district, its students and its families, and in performing various public relation responsibilities within the community. Position Principal Location Roosevelt Elementary School Rate of Pay $110,000
- $123,000 Pay Band Hours Per Day 8 Hours Per Day Schedule (Approximately) 7:30am
- 4:00pm Working Days per Year 235 Work Days, 2026-2027 School Year Benefits Benefits may be prorated based upon start date. Information listed below is based upon a full school year in this position. Full Family Health Insurance Contribution
