The Moniteau County R-1 School District in California, Missouri is accepting applications for a Middle School Administrative Assistant position in the middle school office for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an 11-month position running from August 1 through June 30. The district is seeking an immediate hire. Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Multiple years of receptionist and/or secretarial experience preferred
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Excellent communication, public relations, and phone/intercom skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and files
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with consistent interruptions
  • Patience, flexibility, and enjoyment working with children
