Essential Job Functions:
The TLA Financial Lead has primary responsibility for review, analysis, and reporting related to the Teaching, Learning, and Accountability department budget. This includes supporting all TLA coordinators/directors in reviewing, analyzing, and providing reporting for department budgets. This position also includes tracking and monitoring substitute usage for curriculum work and professional learning. The position supports a team of Administrative Assistants who process purchasing and payroll for the department.
Qualifications Required:
Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively Previous experience with MUNIS or similar financial software. Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Competence in the Google Suite of tools including Drive, Docs, etc. Competence with basic and advanced spreadsheet formulas. Ability to lead a team and work well with others.
