This individual will partner closely with the Principal to drive academic outcomes, uphold high expectations for school culture, and coach teachers toward instructional excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about equity, expert in instructional leadership, and relentless in doing what's best for kids. Core Responsibilities Supervise and coach/evaluate 8-12 teachers to become effective classroom leaders. Provide real-time and strategic feedback on lesson planning, classroom instruction, and data use. Conduct regular classroom walkthroughs and formal observations using Kairos' coaching platforms. Lead weekly data meetings and drive teacher reflection through instructional coaching. Foster strong classroom culture through coaching, modeling, and direct support. Plan and facilitate weekly professional development tailored to school-wide instructional priorities. Ensure alignment and implementation of vertically coherent curricula. Drive student support systems in collaboration with culture, NDL, and operations teams. Partner with the Principal in school-wide decision-making and leadership planning. Lead morning huddles, tactical team meetings, and quarterly strategic planning. Address discipline escalations and student behavior systems in partnership with the culture team. Support teacher onboarding, evaluation, and career development. Ideal Candidate Qualities 4+ years of demonstrated success in teaching and instructional leadership. Skilled in analyzing academic and behavioral data (NWEA, EOC, attendance, behavior trends). Able to lead adult learning, build trust, and hold staff accountable to high standards. Committed to student agency, self-direction, and inclusive school environments. Strong communicator, culture builder, and systems thinker. Passionate about high school transformation and innovation. Driver Goals 85% of students score at or above grade-level proficiency on the EOC exams. 70% of students meet or exceed growth targets on
NWEA MAP. 85

Salary and Benefits Starting Salary:
From $70,000+, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive health, dental, vision benefits. Performance-based stipends and leadership growth opportunities. Professional development support and access to leadership networks. Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm. Some evening and weekend events required. Location Onsite at Kairos Academies High School - 2315 Miami St., St. Louis, MO 63118. Reliable transportation and/or relocation plans required.
