This is an exceptional opportunity for an educational leader who is passionate about academic excellence, student development, and fostering a positive school culture. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for the school. Oversee academic programs and ensure curriculum standards are met. Manage student and staff discipline with professionalism and consistency. Support teachers through coaching, development, and performance management. Foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative school environment. Partner with families to ensure student success and strong community relationships. Drive continuous improvement in academic achievement and school operations. Preferred Qualifications Proven leadership experience in an educational setting. Familiarity with Dimensions Math , Core Knowledge Curriculum , and Literacy Essentials Curriculum . Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
