Job Description

Lodge Grass Schools is seeking a dynamic Elementary Principal to lead our K-6 elementary school for the upcoming 2026-27 academic year. We are looking for a strong, student-centered leader who is passionate about elementary education and dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and academically enriching environment with a focus on student achievement, safety, and staff development. Qualifications Education/Experience Masters Degree in School Administration Valid State of Montana Principal Certificate A minimum of three (3) years of successful teaching experience
Salary and Benefits:
Salary is based on qualifications and is DOE. Benefits include paid health insurance, Montana Teachers Retirement, and personal/ sick leave. Pre-employment Employer Successful completion of a drug test and criminal background check
