We are looking for a full-time Showing Partner / Staff Assistant who is driven, organized, and genuinely passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to every client they meet.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Conduct property showings with fully qualified buyers on behalf of our lead agents Provide a warm, attentive client experience before, during, and after every showing Maintain and update our CRM with daily activity and client notes Support day-to-day office operations when not in the field Stay informed on current market inventory, pricing, and trends Show up for your teammates and your clients — that's what we do here

REQUIREMENTS

Active Real Estate License in both ND and MN — required In-office presence required when showings are not scheduled Evening and weekend availability as needed — real estate has its own schedule Reliable transportation Strong communication and follow-through skills A genuine commitment to doing right by every client, every time
