Doane University is seeking a customer-focused, technology-savvy professional to join our Service Center team as a Service Center Specialist II. This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service experiences to students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors through a variety of support channels. As a member of the Service Center, you will serve as a primary point of contact for technology support, service requests, information services, printing, mail services, library assistance, and other campus operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping others, improving processes, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. FLSA Not Applicable Salary Minimum $18/hour Minimum Required Qualifications Requires an associate's degree plus experience in a customer service-focused information technology role. Equivalent work or military experience may substitute for the associate's degree. Your experience must demonstrate the ability to assist, investigate, monitor, and supervise in the following areas: Customer Service Problem Management Incident Management Preferred Qualifications Core ITIL-related skills for service desk management. ITIL and customer service-related certifications. Required Licenses/Certifications Preferred Licenses/Certifications Physical/Environmental/Working Conditions Working Conditions Primarily, normal business hours; however, evenings and weekends may be necessary to deal with emergencies.
