In this role, student employees will serve as the first point-of-contact and will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and effective communication skills that will help them build a rapport with UNM's diverse populations while managing inquiries with efficiency, empathy, and attention to detail. This experience will deepen your understanding of all facets of Enrollment Management, including admission, financial aid, scholarships, and registration while developing critical workplace competencies in communication, customer service, problem-solving and time management. On-the-job training will focus use of Banner, professional verbal, and written communication with departments, FERPA, and Confidentiality flags, sorting daily mail and customer service. The position is located at Student Support & Services Center; 1155 University SE. Work schedule will be between the hours of 8am-5pm (Monday thru Friday). Seeking a student who can work 12-15 hours per week. Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Work Study Eligible Strong work ethic Reliable Willingness to learn and display excellent customer service.
