Job Description Responsibilities:
Provide instructional leadership aligned with district goals, curriculum standards, and best practices in elementary education. Supervise, support, and evaluate instructional and support staff; promote continuous professional growth. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students. Use data to inform instructional decisions and improve student outcomes. Partner with families and community stakeholders to support student learning and well-being. Oversee school operations, including budgeting, scheduling, facilities, and compliance with district and state regulations. Lead and support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), special education services, and intervention programs. Promote positive school climate, student engagement, and restorative practices. Job Qualifications Minimum of five (5) successful years of classroom teaching experience. New York State certification in School Building Leader (SBL) or School District Leader (SDL), or eligibility for certification. Demonstrated knowledge of elementary curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
