Job Description
CiTi BOCES is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Professional to support the Regional Summer School program for high school students in Oswego County. This is a part-time, seasonal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced school environment and enjoys supporting students, staff, and administrators.

7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday)Rate of Pay:
$22.67/hourKey Responsibilities:
Assist with coordination of orientation and professional development days Provide daily clerical and administrative support to on-site summer school administrators Organize transportation and communicate bussing information to students via mail/email Create class rosters in collaboration with home district counselors Send notifications to students regarding schedules, report cards/grades, and Regents exam information Manage phone calls and support communication with administrators; respond to staff and student inquiries Help direct students and staff, especially on the first day and during Regents exams Support technology needs in coordination with CiTi tech staff, including account setup Coordinate classroom and room usage for classes and exams Communicate updates and changes to staff via email Submit weekly attendance reports and meeting minutes Collect supplies and keys at the end of the program and coordinate their return This position plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and successful summer school experience for students and staff. Job QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:
