These roles often serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors. These positions support operations across the College and may be found in offices such as Human Resources, Business and Finance, Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Information Technology, Legal Affairs, and other administrative and academic departments. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, providing customer service, managing records, coordinating communications, scheduling, processing transactions, maintaining accounts, and supporting departmental operations. These roles support student success and the effective operation of the College by ensuring access to services and maintaining accurate, efficient processes. Information Technology & Systems Positions (Computer Programmer, Programmer Analyst, Senior Programmer Analyst, Office Systems Analyst) Information technology professionals at the College support critical systems that enable academic programs, administrative functions, and student services. Responsibilities may include developing and maintaining systems, supporting enterprise applications, analyzing business needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving system functionality. These roles play a key part in ensuring that students, faculty, and staff have access to reliable and effective technology solutions.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
