FLEX HIGH SCHOOL OF

OHIOFull Time, Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMCompetitive compensation package starting from $88,400/year, commensurate with experience.

This position provides support to various school sites within the region, including Franklinton, Reynoldsburg and Ross Center. The role may require travel between locations to meet site-specific needs.

This includes the supervision of all certificated and classified employees assigned to serve in the school(s).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferredValid Ohio Professional Teaching License preferred or valid Ohio Resident Educator License preferredValid Ohio Professional Administrator License preferred, or valid Ohio Alternative Principal License preferred, OR enrolled in an approved preparation program preferredPrior teaching experience requiredMinimum 2 years experience as a School Administrator/leadership roleProficient in student information systems (SIS)Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
