QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree Appropriate State of Ohio Administrative License Minimum of five years successful teaching, administrative and/or supervisory experience, is preferred Primary/Secondary building-level experience Recognized instructional leadership with demonstrated expertise in partnering with others to elevate the level of instruction and improve achievement Excellent communication, problem-solving, and human relations skills Demonstrates experience working with students, parents, staff, and administrators Demonstrates experience working with diverse learners Experience using technology as both a management and instructional tool Evaluates teaching effectiveness based on student achievement Demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning Experience with personnel, student and fiscal management Creates a learning climate that supports student achievement and safety A satisfactory report from Criminal Records check Good health, high moral character, and good attendance record Demonstrates a sincere desire to aid all students Adheres to school, district, state, and federal policies, regulations, and laws
