The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive learning environment, promoting academic excellence, and building strong relationships with students, staff, and the community. The Head Principal will be responsible for overseeing all school operations, implementing educational programs, and ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall operations of Earl Harris Elementary School, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and educational goals. Develop and implement a strategic plan to enhance student achievement and promote a positive school culture. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create and maintain a supportive and inclusive educational environment. Supervise and evaluate faculty and staff performance, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Monitor and assess student progress, implementing interventions as needed to support academic success. Manage the school budget, resources, and facilities to ensure efficient and effective operations. Foster partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance educational opportunities for students. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and policies related to education. Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the community regarding school initiatives, events, and student progress. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning practices. Requirements Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field. Valid state certification as a school administrator or principal. A minimum of five years of experience in educational leadership or administration, preferably at the elementary school level. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional practices, and assessment strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all students. Experience with budget management and resource allocation in an educational setting. Familiarity with current educational trends, technologies, and best practices.
