The ideal candidate should possess strong instructional leadership skills, a commitment to academic excellence and the ability to foster a positive inclusive school culture. Required Qualifications Master's Degree or higher in Educational Leadership, Administration or related field. Valid State Prinicpal Certification Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of successful teaching experience preferred. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment and school improvement practices. Ability to work in a diverse school setting. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
