Elementary Coordinator Church on the Move and Lincoln Christian School Tulsa, OK Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Computer operation Computer literacy Task prioritization Team motivation (leadership skill) Technical Proficiency Full Job Description MUST DO Supports the daily operation of LCS Elementary and leads the planning and execution of school events and assemblies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Intermediate Coordinator to plan and oversee elementary school events, including but not limited to Daddy-Daughter Dance, Mother-Son Game Night, and End of Year awards and certificates. Assist the Administration team with the coordination of Bulldog Spotlight assemblies. Assist with logistics and execution of Professional Development days and record professional development points for elementary teachers. Manage the scheduling and organization of new incoming students. Work with the administration team to interview and train Elementary substitute teachers. Assist the Director of Development with collecting and organizing auction baskets for annual, school-wide fundraising events. Assist the elementary administrative assistant, helping with phone calls, visitors, and student needs. Assist teachers in the classroom, make copies, and laminate materials as needed. Assist the LCES nurse with care and in the Elementary Library when needed. Help maintain student records, ensuring they are current. Assist with lunch and recess duty. Assist with student pick-up and drop-off, monitoring guests as they enter/exit the building.REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to organize, prioritize, and execute a wide variety of tasks Self-motivated Ability to use sound judgement in any situation Ability to foster teamwork and motivate others Proficient with computers Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, operate a computer, handheld learning devices, and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.WORK SCHEDULE 40
hours per week, Monday- Friday, 7:30 AM
- 3:30 PM 10-month position (August
