GENERAL DUTIES
Assists the Office School Performance (OSP) Team in implementation of the Hillsboro School District Strategic Plan
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A valid State of Oregon Teaching License appropriate for the position A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution The ability to follow oral and written instructions The ability to effectively work and communicate with students, parents, and school personnel from diverse cultures and/or backgrounds The ability to work harmoniously with others Proficient oral and written communication skills in English Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications The ability to learn new automated systems as they are brought online by the District A minimum of three years of successful classroom teaching experience, plus a minimum of one year of leadership experience as a department chairperson, team leader, intern, or instructional leader Knowledge of and experience with effective instruction and assessment The ability to work with multiple grade levels in elementary and/or secondary A valid Oregon driver's license and a vehicle for work related travel Effective time management and organizational skills To view the full job description, please follow this link: TOSA
