Job Description St. James Santiago School is a kindergarten through eighth-grade private, non-profit school sharing property with St. James Santiago Episcopal Church in Lincoln City, Oregon. In the tradition of Episcopal schools, St. James Santiago School combines a strong academic and moral foundation in a supportive, child-centered atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and visionary Director to lead our school community and oversee daily operations, educational programming, and staff development. Position Summary The Director serves as the educational and operational leader of the school, fostering a positive learning environment for students, faculty, and families. This individual will guide the school's mission, support academic achievement, manage staff and school operations, strengthen community engagement and maintain a working relationship with the Rector. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in Education or commensurate experience Min 5 years of leadership experience in education Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Experience with elementary education and child development Commitment to the mission and values of the school Familiarity or fluency in Spanish is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $50,000 Type of Commitment Full Time Does this job pay?
