Boarding School Program - Dorm Supervisors
The Paisley School District is seeking dynamic, mission-driven individuals or a couple to serve as a high school dormitory supervisor/parents.
This is a unique and rare opportunity to live, work, and serve students and a community in beautiful southeastern Oregon.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth activities, coaching, or residential care.

Strong organizational skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic home environment are important

Begin August 1, 2026, and end Mid-June 2027
Responsibilities:
Operate, clean, and maintain dormitory facilities to ensure compliance with health, fire, and safety rules, regulations, and standards.
Order and maintain necessary supplies with district supervisors.
Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for high school students with academic and athletic schedules.
Manage monthly meal plans and monthly food purchases with the district supervisor.
Ensure boarding school students arrive at school on time.
In collaboration with district superintendent/principal, dormitory supervisors will maintain order, student chores, student study halls, and student discipline and care in accordance with the Paisley Boarding Facility Handbook.
Lead weekend student excursions across Oregon.
The right candidate(s) will receive:
Dormitory supervisor compensation = $50,000 - $65,000 annually
Co-dormitory supervisor = 40,000 - $55,000 annually
Room and board FREE during the school year in the dormitory facility.
Oregon state PERS system retirement benefit.

Generous Health benefits/package.
Minimum of 1-Three day weekend off per month during the school year.
Summers off: 2 weeks in June and all of July.
