The primary role and responsibility of the Elementary Principal is to lead and build an excellent, Christ-centered, Biblically-based academic program, overseeing all faculty, staff and students (grades K-6). Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited postsecondary institution or be willing to participate in a program to complete such a degree within a specified time period.
