Jun 10, 2026 2:01 AM (UTC) Job Description Assistant Principal – Table Rock Elementary Eagle Point School District 9 (EPSD9) is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Elementary Assistant Principal to support the leadership team at Table Rock Elementary. The Assistant Principal at Table Rock Elementary will work closely with the Principal to support all phases of school operations. This includes serving as acting principal when needed, assisting with curriculum implementation, staff support, and student discipline, and fostering an environment of respect, collaboration, and academic excellence. The position also involves significant interaction with parents, students, and staff to build strong relationships and promote student success. The Assistant Principal will provide guidance and counseling to students, parents, and teachers on matters related to student behavior, address and document student disciplinary matters in alignment with district policy, and assist in developing and maintaining the master schedule, teacher assignments, and student schedules. The role will support curriculum coordination and implementation and collaborate with the principal on hiring, staff assignments, and other personnel actions. Maintaining consistent communication with parents on both concerns and achievements, ensuring the preparation and distribution of the student handbook, and modeling and promoting positive, professional relationships with students, staff, and the community are also essential responsibilities. Who We're Looking For EPSD9 is seeking a candidate who is committed to student achievement, staff collaboration, and the maintenance of a positive school culture. The ideal candidate will be a current EPSD9 employee who demonstrates strong communication skills, effective organizational abilities, and the capacity to lead in partnership with school administration. Candidates must hold a valid Oregon Teacher Certification and either possess a Principal License through TSPC or be eligible to obtain licensure through TSPC. A minimum of three years of successful teaching experience is required, along with demonstrated experience in curriculum coordination and development. Salary Range:
$101,023 to $119,405 per year. Includes additional travel and cell phone stipend.
