Seasonal Student Life Assistant

Summary of Position This position is a seasonal position to assist the Office of Student Life in completion of daily tasks. These include, but are not limited to, front desk coverage, help with the first year housing process, and stocking and maintenance of the Resource Room. This position is to provide support to all members of the Student Life team as needed. This position runs from May 13 th through August 14 th , 2026. This is a live on position. Key Responsibilities Cover Student Life front desk during lunch and at other needed times Work with orientation and Student Life Operations to establish and lead, incoming first year virtual meet and greets for students to meet potential roommates Work with Public Safety and Student Life Operations in the creation of the Move-In parking map Assist the Dean of Students in day to day activities (ex: mail, delivery of items to various offices across campus, preparing materials for admissions events, etc) Serves as Head Resident Advisor of Summer Resident Advisors (fill in for duty rounds when necessary) Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Required Required Knowledge Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Knowledge of Google Suite Products Compensation Expected starting salary : $14.00 hourly
