The successful candidate will lead an engaging, positive school focused on building a solid foundation in literacy, numeracy, and whole-child development. This leader will ensure every student, including those who need specialized supports, has access to high-quality instruction and the opportunity to succeed.

The Elementary School Principal sets a clear vision for teaching and learning, supports staff growth, and builds a culture of high expectations and respect. The principal works closely with teachers, families, and the community to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where all students can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily school operations with a focus on safety, consistency, and a positive climate Guide and support effective instruction aligned to district goals in literacy and mathematics Supervise and evaluate staff, provide meaningful feedback, and promote professional growth Use data to drive decisions and improve student outcomes Ensure compliance with special education, intervention, and student support services Foster strong relationships with families and maintain open, consistent communication Promote a culture that values student achievement, character, and well-being

Qualifications:

Pennsylvania Principal K-12 certification required Successful experience in elementary education, including leadership roles Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices Experience supporting diverse learners, including students with special needs Proven ability to build relationships and lead collaborative teams This position offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated staff and make a meaningful impact on students, families, and the Minersville community.

Pay:
