This influential leader will oversee all aspects of school operations, foster a vibrant learning environment, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education that inspires students to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education administration, senior leadership, and curriculum development, combined with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging school culture. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our institution and make a lasting impact on students, staff, and the wider community. Duties Provide visionary leadership to develop and implement the school's strategic plan aligned with its mission and values. Oversee curriculum development to ensure innovative, comprehensive, and standards-based educational programs. Oversee daily school operations, including student discipline, safety protocols, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Promote a positive school culture through effective public speaking, community engagement, and transparent communication with all stakeholders. Support teachers through classroom supervision, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. Lead with curiosity, reflection, and clarity—coaching staff through questions, feedback, and modeling best practices Demonstrates prompt, reliable follow-up on action items, communications, and commitments to ensure clarity, accountability, and trust across staff, families, and leadership. Support hiring, onboarding, mentoring, evaluations, and performance management for teaching staff and leaders Cultivate relationships with parents, local organizations, and education authorities to strengthen community ties. Supporting staff in using technology appropriately and intentionally in classrooms to enhance learning Ensure adherence to educational policies while continuously seeking innovative practices to enhance student outcomes. Experience Proven experience in education administration at a senior leadership level such as Head of School, Director or Principal. Extensive background in curriculum development and instructional leadership. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable goals. Supervising experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Classroom teaching experience coupled with a deep understanding of educational best practices. Exceptional public speaking skills for engaging diverse audiences including students, staff, parents, and community partners. Knowledge of education policies, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
Pay:
