Full-Time, Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. -4:30 p.m. This position provides support to various school sites within the region, including Chula Vista, City Heights, El Cajon, Escondido, Lake Elsinore, Lakeside, Lemon Grove, Moreno Valley, Murrieta, National City, and Vista. The role may require travel between locations to meet site-specific needs. In addition, this position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with in-person responsibilities determined according to program and school needs. Learn more about us at https://learn4life.org/ How You Will Make an Impact The Student Relations Regional Utility performs a variety of complex and specialized activities related to student records, the Compliance Program, and all compliance issues related to Average Daily Attendance (ADA). The Position serves as a utility for all resource centers located within a designated region. Scheduled reporting place will vary daily based on need. The Student Relations Regional Utility will serve as the point of contact for students, parents, and Teachers in appropriate areas of student information, progress or concerns. May have additional reporting structure to and receive work direction from other Education division managers. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Check Master Agreement and Addendum for dates, signatures, etc. in accordance with compliance program processes Maintain daily student data records Review and confirm Average Daily Attendance (ADA) tracking Review, record and communicate deficiencies found in student folder Communicate and collaboration with the Student Relations Manager (SRM) or Regional Student Relations Manager (RSRM) on a regular basis Run weekly data reports Assist teachers on tasks that will ensure compliance program requirements Sends transition notification Adhere to Compliance Program deadlines Participate in student/school events (i.e. graduation, open house) Participate in staff meetings (i.e. WASC, staff development), as requested Assist with Registrar duties, as location requires Adhere to attendance policies Perform administrative duties, responsibilities, activities may be assigned or changed from time to time Front Office/Student Enrollment:
Answer and handle all incoming telephone calls Ensure students required enrollment paperwork is complete and enter in the student information database Comply with expulsion, ELL, special education, re-enrollment and reinstatement enrollment protocols File documents in student folders SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage, coordinate, supervise, coach, and direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of team members and oversee their daily activities SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC
Ability to work independently with minimal direction Effective communication, reading and writing skills Ability to process a high volume of documentation and data entry with high accuracy Excellent planning and organizational skills Able to meet frequent deadline pressures Ability to use computer technology proficiently; create data reports MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma required Minimum of 3 years office experience required Current employee must have held the position of Student Relations Technician and/or Registrar for a minimum of 1 year and be in good standing is required Experience in a public charter school required Experience using student information systems Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must have a clean DMV record Must have the ability to travel throughout the designated region with short notice TRAVEL :
