Position Description This position aids our students and staff by completing the following duties: Answering and transferring calls on multi-line phone Retrieving and responding to voicemails Filing paperwork, data entry, and archiving old files Assisting walk-in students Helping manages appointments Participating and assisting in campus events Additional duties as assigned Our services benefit: CSN students and staff. Business Management, Computer Office Technology Degrees/Certificates that result in employment that requires office and customer service skills
