POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Superintendent provides direction, guidance, and leadership across multiple assigned projects and directly supports the Superintendents responsible for those projects. The Senior Superintendent is responsible for helping field teams execute work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with EdgeHill Integrated Systems standards, project schedules, quality expectations, plans, specifications, and subcontractor commitments. This role serves as the primary field leadership support between the General Superintendent and assigned Superintendents, helping coordinate manpower, subcontractor performance, QA/QC, material readiness, schedule execution, and project closeout. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Support and coordinate with all field personnel, trade partners, and third party consultants. Has the magnetic presence and authority needed to "command the room" and secure the attention and respect of all parties. Can guide others decisively and confidently while ensuring adherence to established processes and EdgeHill standards. Is inspiring, motivating and creates a collaborative environment where each team member does their best and produces results. Creates followership through their leadership style but holds team members accountable for results.

Leads the charge on company innovation by looking for better ways to manage work, collect data, improve reporting, support project teams, and reduce repetitive effort. Challenges the norm while keeping implementation practical and useful. Has a passion for mentoring and teaching others in both technical and leadership skills. Has a desire to continuously learn and then share that knowledge with others. Is an effective delegator and uses delegation to grow the skills of other members of the team. Has a full understanding of all aspects of the project and the roles of others and uses that knowledge to teach and develop others. Holds people accountable to perform but does so as a coach.

Writes clear, practical SOPs, templates, checklists, and implementation documents that help project teams execute consistently. Understands that a process only works if the field and office can use it. Is a planner who helps creates a vision for the projects that others buy in to. Uses long-term thinking and a deep knowledge of the schedule to proactively identify problems and implement solutions in time to maintain workflow. Asks others for ideas to get the best solutions. Skillfully uses authority when needed if subcontractors are not following the plan. Uses all resources available, makes timely decisions and rallies others to the plan to drive towards success. Uses well developed communication methods to share information with others in a timely manner. Is able to take direction, listens, and receives constructive feedback well. Effectively coordinates with all Superintendents, PM team and integral members of management. Maintains a steady emotional state when communicating with others. Is able to notice when another party is not understanding and can adjust the communication approach so that understanding occurs.
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Master's or related field preferred. 10+ Years of Progressive Electrical Engineering Experience 5+ Years in Senior Leadership or Operations Management Professional Engineer (PE) License (Preferred or Required)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel between assigned projects is required.
